COMMUNITY LIFE

Worship Committee
The Worship Committee will meet on Monday, September 6, at 4:00 p.m. If you have concerns or suggestions regarding worship services, music or sermons, etc., please let one of the members know in time to bring them to the meeting. Members include: Sarah Araque, Helen Braun, Sandra Edwards, Geoffrey Reeson and Sherry Vogt.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: If you would like to serve as an usher or reader, please sign up with Marta Reeson during the coffee hour, or give her a call.

Next Sunday, September 12, our new Pastor Michael Floyd will be formally installed.

On Saturday, September 25, there will be a midday picnic at Parque Metropolitano. More details will be forthcoming, but get this on your calendar now.

Please pray for Nancy Fullilove and her mom.

Please continue to pray for the sister of Sheila Leech, June, and her family as she continues to fight breast cancer.

Please be in prayer for Jenny Escalante whose mother has recently passed away and who is dealing with the stress and concern over her daughter's cancer (Brenda Escalante). Please also keep Brenda and her family in your prayers as she continues to deal with her cancer.

Please continue to pray for Candace Pepin who is still fighting cancer. Please pray for strength for her and her family during this difficult time. (Thank you, Nancy Fullilove)
